A leading beverage company in Saudi Arabia is currently expanding its team and looking for experienced professionals to join its FMCG sales and commercial operations.
The company has a strong presence in the consumer goods sector and is seeking candidates with proven experience in beverages, sparkling drinks, juices and snacks.
📌 Available Positions
1️⃣ Regional Sales Manager
Responsible for managing sales activities across a regional territory, developing commercial strategies and achieving business growth objectives.
2️⃣ Unit Manager
Responsible for managing unit-level operations, teams and sales performance while ensuring business targets are achieved.
3️⃣ Sales Supervisor
Responsible for supervising sales teams, monitoring field activities and supporting the achievement of sales objectives.
🎯 Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 🥤 Strong experience in FMCG consumer brands, particularly:
- Beverages
- Sparkling drinks
- Juices
- Chips and snacks
- 📈 Proven track record in managing large regional territories and/or multi-unit operations.
- 💻 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- 🎤 Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
- 🌍 Fluency in Arabic and English.
- 👥 Strong leadership, commercial and team management capabilities.
