🎯 Requirements
Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional HSE experience.
- Diploma or relevant educational qualification.
- Valid NEBOSH IGC certification.
- Valid OSHA certification.
- BLS / First Aid certification.
- Previous experience on Saudi Aramco projects is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
- Good knowledge of workplace health, safety and environmental practices.
🦺 Key HSE Responsibilities
The selected HSE Officers may be responsible for:
- Monitoring health and safety activities across the project site.
- Conducting workplace inspections and identifying potential hazards.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable HSE procedures and project requirements.
- Supporting risk assessments and implementing appropriate control measures.
- Conducting safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Following up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Supporting incident reporting and investigation activities.
- Promoting a strong safety culture among employees and contractors.
