PT Timas Suplindo is currently looking for a qualified and proactive Expediter to support our Offshore & Onshore EPCI operations.
📌 Position: Expediter
🏭 Industry: Oil & Gas / Offshore & Onshore EPCI
🎯 KEY REQUIREMENTS
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Expediter in Oil & Gas / Offshore EPCI projects.
🔧 Technical Expertise:
✅ Procurement processes & Purchase Order (PO) management
✅ Material tracking and delivery follow-up
✅ Vendor fabrication progress monitoring
✅ Expediting long-lead items
✅ Vendor inspection coordination
✅ Shipping documentation & logistics procedures
🤝 Soft Skills:
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
✅ Ability to work with multinational suppliers and project teams
🌐 Language: Proficient in written and spoken English
✈️ Mobility: Willingness to conduct vendor site/workshop visits and travel when required.
⚡ Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are highly preferred.
