🎯 Requirements
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent.
- 💼 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in a petrochemical plant environment is highly preferred.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Knowledge of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Power Studies is a plus.
- Experience in detailed engineering is an advantage.
