🚨 Contract Opportunity | Major Construction Project
A major construction project in Stavanger, Norway 🇳🇴 is looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager with a strong MEP background.
📌 Job Details
- Position: QA/QC Manager
- 📍 Location: Stavanger, Norway
- 💼 Contract: 12–24 months
- 💰 Rate: €100–€110 per hour, depending on experience
- ⏱️ Working Hours: 40 hours per week
- 🔄 Rotation: Flexible, based on preference
- ✈️ Flights: Provided
- 🏠 Accommodation: Provided
🎯 Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading QA/QC activities across the project.
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors.
- Setting and communicating QA/QC requirements.
- Developing and managing QA/QC plans and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with client requirements and project standards.
- Managing testing, inspections and quality records.
- Developing and managing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Leading inspections and project walkdowns.
- Working closely with the client, project team and subcontractors.
- Identifying and resolving quality issues throughout project delivery.
👤 Requirements
- Proven QA/QC experience within construction.
- Strong MEP experience is essential.
- Experience managing subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of testing, inspections, ITPs and walkdowns.
- Previous experience working directly with clients.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to take ownership.
