- 🚗 Valid UAE driving license is required.

- Proven experience in Learning & Development and HR initiatives.
- Strong experience setting up and implementing Performance Management Systems from scratch.
- Experience developing and managing Employee Engagement programs.
- Experience with Rewards & Recognition initiatives.
- Ability to conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.
- Excellent reporting, analytical and presentation skills.

- Managing rewards and recognition programs.
