🚨 WE ARE HIRING | PROJECT COORDINATOR
A construction company in Dubai, UAE is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of civil construction projects.
The successful candidate will coordinate with the Project Manager, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution, timely completion and compliance with project requirements.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination
- Coordinate daily civil construction activities.
- Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
- Support smooth project execution and coordination between all stakeholders.
2. Progress Monitoring
- Monitor project schedules, milestones and deliverables.
- Track project progress and identify potential delays.
- Report issues and delays to the Project Manager.
- Follow up on outstanding activities and project requirements.
3. Technical & Document Coordination
Coordinate and follow up on:
- Technical drawings
- RFIs
- Material submittals
- Inspections
- Method statements
- Project reports
- Project correspondence
- Technical documentation
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with clients and consultants.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Work closely with Procurement, QA/QC and HSE teams.
- Support the resolution of project-related technical and coordination issues.
5. Reporting & Follow-Up
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Prepare meeting minutes and action trackers.
- Follow up on approvals, materials and inspections.
- Monitor outstanding activities and ensure timely follow-up.
🎯 Requirements
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or project coordination.
- Previous UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.
- Experience in high-rise building projects.
- Good knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, specifications and project procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project is preferred.
- Experience with RFIs, material submittals, inspections, project reports and technical documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams.

The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional with strong project coordination skills and practical knowledge of civil construction and high-rise building projects.
Candidates with UAE or GCC experience are particularly encouraged to apply.
