🎯 Requirements
Interested candidates should have the following qualifications and documents:
- Valid Lifting Supervisor Competency Certificate.
- Valid Lifting & Rigging Certification.
- Valid TPI Certificate.
- Valid QID.
- Proven experience in crane lifting operations.
- Experience working with:
- 🚧 Mobile Cranes
- 🏗️ Tower Cranes
- 🏗️ Crawler Cranes
- Strong understanding of lifting and rigging safety procedures.
- Ability to supervise lifting operations safely and efficiently.
🏗️ Key Responsibilities
The Lifting Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating lifting activities on site, ensuring that lifting operations are carried out safely and in accordance with approved procedures.
Key duties may include:
- Supervising lifting and rigging activities.
- Coordinating crane operations and lifting teams.
- Ensuring lifting equipment and accessories are properly inspected.
- Monitoring compliance with lifting plans and safety requirements.
- Coordinating with crane operators, riggers and site teams.
- Identifying potential lifting hazards and implementing appropriate controls.
