💼 Business Analyst Responsibilities
The selected Business Analyst will be expected to work across key business analysis activities, including:
Requirements Gathering
Gather and analyze business requirements from relevant stakeholders and translate business needs into clear and structured requirements.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify expectations and support effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
BRD & FRD Documentation
Prepare and manage key business analysis documentation, including:
- Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)
- Business and functional requirements
- Supporting project documentation
User Stories
Develop clear and structured User Stories to support Agile project delivery and ensure requirements are understood by development and project teams.
Process Mapping
Analyze and document existing and proposed business processes to identify requirements and support process improvements.
UAT
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including requirements validation and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
