The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of plants and wells, while ensuring compliance with safety requirements, environmental standards and operational objectives.

- Position: Onshore Operations Superintendent
- Location: UAE 🇦🇪
- Work Environment: Onshore
- Rotation: 28 days on / 28 days off
- Salary: Excellent salary and benefits offered
🎯 Key Responsibilities
The Operations Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the safe operation of plants and wells
- Ensuring compliance with established HSE and safety protocols
- Maintaining compliance with environmental standards
- Supporting efficient and economically sustainable operations
- Ensuring operational activities align with the company's core values
- Supervising plant operations and maintaining high operational standards
🎓 Requirements
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering, or equivalent relevant technical qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of Gas Plant / Refinery experience
- Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of:
- Gas plant design
- Plant controls
- Maintenance
- Operations
- Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
- Gas processing
- Gas turbine operations
- Compressor operations

This opportunity is suited to a senior Oil & Gas professional with extensive experience in gas processing, refinery or gas plant operations, combined with strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
