🎯 Required Experience
Candidates should have:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Project Controls, Cost Control, Planning, Construction Performance or a similar role.
- Previous experience working on construction, EPC, Oil & Gas, industrial, infrastructure or major capital projects.
- Practical experience in several of the following areas:
- Progress measurement
- Productivity analysis
- Manhour analysis
- Earned manhours
- KPI development
- Cost control
- Forecasting
- Project reporting
- Planning and scheduling
- Contractor-side construction experience is highly preferred.
📊 Key Skills
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of project performance monitoring, progress tracking, cost control and reporting, with the ability to support project teams in achieving operational and financial targets.
