Key Responsibilities
The Inbound & Outbound Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Supervising daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
- Managing receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and dispatch activities.
- Ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and within the required SLA.
- Coordinating with warehouse, inventory, transportation, and operations teams.
- Monitoring team performance and ensuring productivity and accuracy targets are achieved.
- Ensuring proper handling, storage, and movement of B2B customer inventory.
- Conducting regular operational checks and resolving discrepancies or operational issues.
- Ensuring compliance with company SOPs, safety procedures, and warehouse standards.
- Preparing and maintaining daily operational reports.
- Leading and supporting warehouse staff to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Experience in B2B Warehousing, 3PL, or Fulfillment is preferred.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of inbound and outbound warehouse processes.
- Experience using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and warehouse reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
