🚨 URGENT HIRING – ELECTRICAL SPECIALIST SUPERVISOR
An international client is looking for an experienced Electrical Specialist Supervisor (Topside) to join a Floating Production Unit (FPU) Gas Project in Turkey.
The position starts onshore in Turkey, followed by an offshore assignment. Candidates with strong experience in Electrical Commissioning and Topside activities are encouraged to apply.
📌 Job Details
Position: Electrical Specialist Supervisor – Topside
Project: Floating Production Unit (Gas)
Location: Turkey – Onshore & Offshore 🇹🇷
Start Date: As soon as possible, within one month
Work Pattern: Onshore / Offshore rotation
🏗️ Onshore Assignment
- 6 days per week
- 12 hours per day
- 69 days annual leave
- 6 flights to country of origin
🌊 Offshore Assignment
- 35/35 rotation
- Approximately 3–4 months onshore
- Approximately 4–9 months offshore
- Duration to be confirmed and may be extended
⚠️ The onshore/offshore duration is subject to confirmation and may be extended according to project requirements.

🎯 Main Responsibilities
The Electrical Specialist Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the safe and compliant execution of electrical commissioning, start-up and maintenance activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure safe execution of commissioning, start-up and maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Ensure all activities comply with HSE requirements, legislative regulations and international standards.
- Supervise electrical works carried out by subcontractors and directly hired personnel.
- Promote and demonstrate strong Leadership in Safety attitudes.
- Provide leadership and supervision to electrical teams.
- Support team members in improving their technical capabilities and individual performance.
- Identify and support the close-out of competency gaps within the team.
- Ensure effective supervision and execution of electrical activities throughout the project.
