A leading international consultancy is currently looking for an experienced Associate Director – Mechanical to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦.
This senior-level opportunity is aimed at a technically strong and professionally qualified Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in multidisciplinary MEP design delivery for complex building projects.

💰 Salary: SAR 55,000 – 65,000 per month

🔧 Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing MEP design delivery across major and technically complex projects.
Key areas include:
- Managing multidisciplinary MEP design delivery.
- Providing strong technical leadership across complex building projects.
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Managing relationships with senior-level project stakeholders.
- Supporting the delivery of high-quality MEP design solutions.
- Driving project deliverables in line with technical and commercial requirements.
- Contributing to projects within sectors such as hospitality, resorts and high-end residential developments.
🎓 Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Chartered / professionally qualified Mechanical Engineer status.
- Extensive experience in multidisciplinary MEP design delivery.
- Strong experience working on complex building projects.
- Experience in hospitality, resorts and/or high-end residential developments.
- Strong Middle East experience.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple senior-level stakeholders and technically complex projects.
⭐ Saudi Arabia Experience
Candidates who are currently based in Saudi Arabia or who have previous KSA project experience will be particularly well suited to this opportunity.
💰 Salary
The advertised salary is:
SAR 55,000 – 65,000 per month
The final compensation package may depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience and employment terms.
