A recruitment opportunity is currently available in Qatar for experienced Technical Support Engineers to join an upcoming onsite project.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Desk, End User Computing, or Technical Support.
- Strong experience in onsite technical support and end-user computing.
- Experience in incident resolution and service request fulfilment.
- Good knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, particularly SMAX.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPNs and remote support tools.
- Basic knowledge of networking, including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
- Valid authorization to work in Qatar throughout the deployment period.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
The selected Technical Support Engineers will be responsible for:
- Providing onsite Service Desk and technical support across designated PWA locations.
- Troubleshooting and resolving end-user hardware and software issues.
- Handling incidents and service requests efficiently.
- Supporting desktops, laptops, peripherals and other end-user devices.
- Providing meeting room and onsite IT support.
- Coordinating with relevant IT teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Maintaining high standards of technical support and customer service.
⏳ Project Duration
The initial project duration is 4 months, with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements and operational needs.
