🎯 Key Requirements
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in:
- Venue ICT and technology operations.
- ICT systems lifecycle management.
- Technology maintenance, PPM and corrective maintenance.
- Event technology planning, readiness and technical support.
- System testing, commissioning and acceptance.
- Coordination with vendors, service providers and stakeholders.
- SLA, incident, risk and service-desk management.
- Event bump-in / bump-out and overlay ICT system coordination.
- Technology operations within stadiums, sports venues or other complex environments.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will contribute to the reliable operation and maintenance of venue technology systems, including:
- Managing day-to-day venue ICT operations.
- Supporting technology readiness for events.
- Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Supporting testing, commissioning and system acceptance.
- Coordinating with vendors and technical service providers.
- Monitoring service levels, incidents and operational risks.
- Supporting ICT requirements during event setup and dismantling.
- Ensuring technology systems remain operational and ready for major events.
