🚨 Hiring for Oil & Gas Project in Kuwait
An international project in Kuwait is currently seeking an experienced Operation Shift Supervisor – Sulphur to support operations within a refinery / petrochemical environment.
📌 Position: Operation Shift Supervisor – Sulphur
📍 Location: Kuwait 🇰🇼
🏭 Industry: Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemicals
🎯 Requirements
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- 👷 Minimum 12+ years of experience in operations, pre-commissioning and commissioning within a refinery or related industrial environment.
- 🎓 High School Diploma or relevant qualification.
- 💼 At least 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory position.
- ⚙️ Relevant experience with specific process units, including:
- Sulphur Pelletizing
- Sulphur Loading Pier
- Waste Water Treatment Unit
- ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge)
- Refinery Tank Farm
- Oil Pier
🛠️ Required Experience
The successful candidate should have operational experience within a refinery or petrochemical plant, together with:
- Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities.
- Good working knowledge of Sulphur Plants.
- Experience with Tank Farm operations.
- Knowledge of Sea Island / Marine operations.
- Relevant experience in Refinery, Petrochemical or Oil & Gas operations.
