🌟 Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- 🎓 A relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technical Support, or a related field.
- 🗣️ Good command of Arabic and English.
- 🤝 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 💻 Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- 🌐 Basic knowledge of networking, printers, peripherals, and user support.
- 🔧 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues.
- 🧩 Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- 💬 Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- 👥 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day technical support to employees and system users.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and IT equipment.
- Supporting users with system access, accounts, passwords, and basic application issues.
- Diagnosing technical problems and escalating complex incidents when required.
- Assisting with basic LAN/Wi-Fi and network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Maintaining IT equipment records and supporting asset tracking activities.
- Documenting technical issues, resolutions, and support requests.
- Supporting software installations, system updates, and workstation configurations.
- Following applicable IT security policies, procedures, and access controls.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external IT service providers when necessary.
