An EPC client is currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join its team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates 🇦🇪 on a 6-month assignment.

🎯 Requirements
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- 💼 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience
- 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 💻 Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- ⚡ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- 🇦🇪 Currently based in the UAE
- 🚀 Candidates available to start immediately are preferred
📋 Key Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to the project team, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the EPC project environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Managing administrative tasks and documentation.
- Preparing and maintaining reports and records.
- Supporting project teams with daily administrative requirements.
- Using Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
- Coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ensuring administrative activities are completed accurately and on time.
