🎯 Educational Requirements
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Communications Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Or another related discipline
💻 Required Technical Skills
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of:
- 🌐 Network Switching & Routing
- 🔥 Firewall technologies and security policies
- 🔐 NAT, IPsec/SSL VPN and HA Clustering
- 🛡️ UTM / NGFW security profiles
- 🔎 Network traffic troubleshooting
- 🔒 Network Security concepts
- 🛡️ Cybersecurity fundamentals
- 💻 Endpoint Security and EDR technologies
- 🛠️ Network connectivity and security troubleshooting
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
The Field Engineer will support the technical team in:
- Implementing, configuring and troubleshooting network and security infrastructure.
- Assisting with the deployment and maintenance of switching and routing solutions.
- Supporting firewall configuration and administration.
- Assisting with NAT, VPN, HA clustering and UTM/NGFW configurations.
- Troubleshooting network connectivity and security-related issues.
- Supporting Endpoint Security and EDR solutions.
- Coordinating with Network, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams.
- Participating in daily operational and field support activities.
👤 Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have:
✅ 0–2 years of hands-on experience in Network & Security Infrastructure
✅ Strong understanding of Switching & Routing
✅ Good knowledge of Firewall technologies
✅ Understanding of Network Security and Cybersecurity
✅ Knowledge of Endpoint Security and EDR
✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✅ Good communication and teamwork abilities
✅ Saudi nationality
This position is suitable for Saudi graduates and early-career professionals looking to develop their expertise in networking, cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.
