The role focuses on vendor management, account operations, order monitoring, KPI tracking, team support and business growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and supporting Key Account Managers and their vendor portfolios.
- Monitoring orders, stock availability, shipping and returns.
- Handling vendor escalations and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Tracking KPIs and identifying opportunities for performance improvement.
- Coaching Key Account Managers and supporting process improvements.
- Collaborating with Category and Commercial teams on vendor targets and growth plans.
- Supporting effective vendor operations and maintaining service quality.
🎯 Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
- 💼 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Vendor Management or Supply Chain.
- 🏠 Experience in the Furniture/Home category is an advantage.
- 🤝 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 👥 Good leadership and team management abilities.
- 🧩 Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- 📊 Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- 💻 Experience with ERP or vendor management systems is a plus.
