🚨 HSE Manager Job Opportunity in the GCC
A leading GCC organization is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to strengthen its Health, Safety, Environmental, Compliance and Operational Risk framework across its operations.
This is a senior management opportunity for an experienced HSE professional with a strong background in regulatory compliance, safety leadership and multi-site operations.

- Experience: 12+ years in HSE
- Level: Management / Leadership
- GCC Experience: Highly desirable
- Salary in Saudi Arabia: SAR 30,000–48,000 per month
- Salary in UAE: AED 32,000–50,000 per month
🎓 Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum 12 years of HSE experience.
- Proven experience in a management-level HSE position.
- NEBOSH Diploma, CSP or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Extensive experience in regulatory and legal compliance.
- Experience managing multi-site HSE operations.
- Proven ability to lead and develop large HSE teams.
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
- Previous GCC experience is an advantage.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
The HSE Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the organization's HSE strategy.
- Establishing and monitoring safety and environmental performance objectives.
- Leading HSE audits, inspections and compliance assessments.
- Managing incident and accident investigations.
- Ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitoring operational safety performance and compliance.
- Preparing HSE reports and presenting performance results to management.
- Managing HSE budgets and resources.
- Leading, mentoring and developing HSE teams.
- Supporting continuous improvement of safety and environmental systems.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and international standards.
💰 Salary
🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia: SAR 30,000 – 48,000 per month
🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates: AED 32,000 – 50,000 per month
Salary figures are based on the recruitment information provided and may be subject to the employer's final offer and package.
